What began as The Court Connections—a grassroots sports media platform highlighting high school athletes—quickly grew into something bigger. Spending time around players, coaches, and teams across the Carolinas, we saw something that separated the good from the great.

It wasn’t talent.

It was mindset.

The athletes who stood out were the ones who stayed late after practice, showed up early to workouts, and carried themselves like leaders both on and off the court. That realization sparked what would become The Mindset Movement—a brand built for athletes who grind differently.

From that vision came Personalize Your Grind (PYG).

Today, Personalize Your Grind is focused on outfitting high school and AAU teams with custom gear designed for athletes who take their game seriously. From hoodies and training gear to full team player packs, everything we create is built to represent the work, discipline, and identity behind every program.

Because in sports, your name is your brand.

That’s why we give teams and athletes the ability to personalize their gear—with team logos, player numbers, and custom designs that represent who they are and what they stand for.

Through our Grind School program, we work with programs that believe in more than just winning games. We partner with teams that value leadership, discipline, and the mindset it takes to grow on and off the court.
